Refund and Returns Policy

Thanks for shopping with Nairaa’s art and crafts! By placing an order on this website or when dealing with our customer support team, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY

All orders received are subject to acceptance by Nairaa’s art and crafts and we reserve the right to reject any order without giving reasons.

ORDER CHANGES POLICY

If you wish to change your order, please contact us via WhatsApp or Email to do so. After order has been placed you have 48hrs to request for any changes, and it’s limited to text, colour or design in terms of product, or we can also guarantee changes including to the delivery address and delivery note. During exceptionally busy seasons like Eid or any other peak season, changes shall be done within 24hrs after order has been placed.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation of orders is accepted within 48hrs after order has been placed, please note that only ‘HALF OF THE AMOUNT’ paid will be refunded as store credit. It is so because our products are custom made and personalised. During exceptionally busy seasons, we cannot guarantee to accept any order cancellation request.

Orders can normally be cancelled up to 48 hours before the intended shipment/delivery date. If you wish to change your order, please contact us via WhatsApp or Email to do so. During exceptionally busy seasons like Christmas, New Year, Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day, we cannot guarantee to accept order cancellations within 96 hours of the intended delivery date. In the event of return or cancellation, we will provide a refund as a store credit.

RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS

For any claim concerning a defective product, we rely on you to send us an update about your issue within 48hrs after the product reaches you.

Kindly note the following shall not be considered as defect, that is if reference for any design/color was taken from any of my products the outcome received is not 100% the same, some bubbles appearing in corners or within the product considered to be normal and inevitable, the flowers used not same as reference models, will usually be added according to availability.

Any return accepted by Nairaa’s art and crafts, due to an apparent defect or the non-conformity of the product delivered, which shall be noted by the seller, enables the buyer to receive a free replacement or a credit voucher, to the exclusion of any other compensation, damages or interest. The product(s) must be returned by the buyer in the original packaging and within 2 (two) days from the date of receipt of the goods. The product(s) returned must be new, unused and in the original box, perfectly intact.

COUPONS/GIFT CARDS

We only allow one coupon/gift card to be used per order. The coupon discount will be applied to the product cost and not the delivery charges.

BOUQUET PRESERVATION

If any procedure for bouquet preservation was not respected before reaching us, and hence on working on the order, the flower has been damaged or rotten or became mouldy, please note we will not be held responsible for the damage. We will be updating you of the incident and then we shall advise you of what can be done.

NOTE ON THE HANDMADE CREATIONS

Before placing an order please note that our photos represent the original resin art or handmade crafts variations in colour, shading, texture, shape and grain are inherent in any handmade item, especially resin art, each creation is unique and vary slightly compared to the original image. This also means that every handmade creation you purchase is truly one-of-a-kind.

All of the creations we sell are handmade by Humairaa, each considered to be unique on its own. As a general practice in the industry such items are not refundable. However, we work hard to make sure that you are happy with your purchase and accordingly we promise to do our very best to deliver not only great creations, but also amazing customer experience. Therefore, in an unlikely event that we sent you the wrong item, please report this directly to us by WhatsApp or Email immediately upon delivery, so we can correct the problem ASAP. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

In case your order was sent to you in good condition via the post office and any mishap had been caused, broken or it has been lost, please note that we are not responsible for the damage. 

Consequently, if any home delivery was done, and the product was in good condition upon delivery, Nairaa’s art and crafts won’t be held responsible for any damage after that.
