At Nairaa’s art and crafts, we cast your beloved late pet memories in resin. Every piece is handmade, uniquely arranged and one-of-a-kind, telling a story of memories and remembrance of your pet that will last for generations.

PRODUCT DETAILS:
Type of casting: Flat Round Frame (+ art easle Included)
Note: Frame can be with or without led light.
Dimension: 14 cm diameter
Thickness: around 0.8 cm
Customisation: It can be plain or with text or image or both.
Text limitation : 40 letters or numbers maximum (for longer text please inquire with us before confirming order)
Font color: added according to availability, if you have any preferences mention it in customisation box.

HOW TO PROCEED WITH PET FUR & OTHER ITEMS PRESERVATION?
There are a few steps to cater for to help your pet fur reach us in the best possible condition:
Pack your pet fur in a plastic bag, with any other items that you will like to add in the keepsakes.
Put in an envelope and label it with (YOUR FULL NAME, ORDER NUMBER AND CONTACT DETAILS).

HOW DO I SEND YOU MY PET FUR?
Register your parcel and express post to (Mrs Bhugaloo-Dowlut Humairaa, Kaudeer lane 6eme mille, Pamplemousses)
or If you’re around Pamplemousses, you can simply drop your pet fur & other items to our studio. (DURING WEEKENDS)- inform 1 day in advance before coming, to make sure it reaches us safely.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PRESERVE PET FUR & OTHER ITEMS?
Good things take time. Turnaround time currently is between 8-12 weeks, but we promise It’s always worth the wait. We then cast and pour the resin in stages, allowing it to fully cure before they’re ready for pick up.

WILL MY FUR BE VISIBLE CLEARLY IN RESIN?
*PLEASE NOTE* Very fine white fur can sometimes appear translucent when placed in resin.

CAN BE CUSTOMISED BY CHANGING THE BACKGROUND COLOR OR BY ADDING FLOWERS / FLAKES WHEN DOING THE CASTING?
If you have any color preference or wish to add (FLOWERS / FLAKES), Please inform us in the customisation box itself.

HOW TO CARE FOR THE RESIN PIECES?
Keep your resin keepsakes out of direct sunlight to maintain their colour and avoid UV damage.
Otherwise, they’re low maintenance, just needing a quick dust every now and then with a microfibre cloth. Please don’t use any harsh chemicals on your pieces, as this can damage the finish. If you’ve got some stubborn dust or marks, using a microfibre cloth and clean water should be all you need.
